How we work

Five steps, no surprises.

Every project follows the same order. You always know which stage you are at and what gets delivered when.

Conversation
We talk through your project, your budget and your dates, and pin down what you actually want.
A short conversation on the phone or at the studio. We look at the references you bring, then work out the scope and the timeline. You get a written quote at the end of it.

Concept & Script
Location, cast, lighting and schedule. Everything is on paper before the shoot day.
We prepare the concept, the shot list, the locations and the crew plan. Once you approve it the shoot date is locked, and everyone knows what gets shot when.

Production
Professional crew and kit. On location with gimbals, drones and cinema lighting.
Crew and equipment are on site at the agreed time. You can review frames with us throughout, and everything shot is backed up at the end of the day.

Edit & Colour
Editing, sound design and colour grading, with review cuts along the way.
We send a rough cut first, then move to colour and sound once you have given feedback. The number of revision rounds is written into the quote, so nothing gets added later.

Delivery
4K master, social formats and the full archive. Same-day delivery available.
You receive the master file, vertical and square social versions and the photo archive. We keep a backup of your files for a period after delivery.

What we need from you

Three things that speed it up.

The earlier the shoot date is settled, the easier it is to plan crew and equipment around it.

A music video, film or photograph you like shortens the concept conversation enormously.

Approvals coming from one person cuts revision rounds and brings the delivery date forward.

A short conversation is enough to work out the scope together.
